Before your visit

Salon Policies

Please read the following policies in full before your visit.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments are secured with a credit card on file. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value, including partial service cancellations (e.g., cancelling your color portion of a color/cut appointment). Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All fees will be charged to the card on file and must be paid before booking any future appointments. Clients who no-show will not be eligible to rebook. Respect the time, respect the craft.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service to avoid impacting other guests.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that you limit additional guests during your appointment. Children receiving services are always welcome.

Consultations

For color corrections or major transformations, a consultation is required before booking. This ensures we can achieve your desired results safely and effectively. A $25 nonrefundable deposit will be taken at time of booking the appointment.

Payment

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and checks. Gratuity is always appreciated and can be given in cash or other cash apps.
